Again, No Music No Life

Again, no music no life. Just another music maniac on earth. 

Well, I should be studying for my test 1 for 2 course next week, but yet I'm here updating my blog. Guess I am just relax myself first before study hard. :p

Last week I joined my course mate for a jam, first time in my life. I'm not sure if it was my first jam since I basically didn't play anything Lol. Sound awkward but it's true. Orz We have a drummer & a keyboard player from my course, and 3 juniors, electric guitarist, bass guitarist & a vocalist from our course also. I wished to play acoustic guitar however my guitar couldn't connect to amplifier plus strings of acoustic guitar (the one that can be connected) in the music room broke long time ago. Without amplifier my guitar can't be heard when the band play, even when a microphone was put in front of the sound hole. So I tried sing couples of songs, nervously, and felt good at singing using mic hohoho. I take it as free karaoke Lol. Anyway I think the vocalist sang better than me so I didn't try more. And there were songs I didn't know. *sweat* 

Although I didn't join much the jam but I did see how they play. Lol, another statement to console myself. Anyway I practiced my songs and sang along when the session end. I sweat I'm gonna memorizing all the chords of the songs that I wanna play! I know this sounded ridiculous but I really couldn't read the chord well on my laptop screen....*sigh* but I'm pretty sure must because I'm very nervous too.

Long way to go, I shall wait patiently for my future band mates! :) Wish I can have my own band one day! Music and people are wonderful. Together I believe we can make amazing things! :D While waiting the time comes I shall keep practicing more and more and improve my skill, both in singing and playing.
